The summary and training activities for the years 2023 to 2024 are not only a review of the work achievements of the past year, but also a plan and outlook for future development. At the same time, combined with training sharing and team play, they aim to deepen mutual understanding and cooperation among employees.

Year end summary，the leaders of each department took turns speaking and provided in-depth and detailed reports based on the actual work situation. Training，another highlight of this team building activity. Centered around the two main themes of "building personal self media IP" and "goal management". In the theme of "Creating Personal We Media IP", Mr. Xu from the Marketing Department explained and shared in simple terms, emphasized the importance of personal brand building, provided specific and feasible operational strategies, and encouraged employees to actively show themselves in the Internet era and enhance their personal influence. In the theme sharing of "Goal Management", the Chairman of the Group, Mr. Wu, and the Director of Human Resources, Mr. Wang, emphasized how to set clear and measurable goals, and how to achieve these goals through effective time management and team collaboration to achieve result management.

Outdoor team building，after the training, the management team braved the rain to visit scenic spots such as Guoen Temple, Longtan Temple, and Tianlu Mountain. During the game, the team members not only enjoyed the beautiful natural scenery, but also deepened their friendship and trust through mutual support.
